Nurse Practitioner
YOUR JOB is to provide a full range of primary health care services to individuals, families and communities. Work in partnership with physicians and other health care professionals to provide care in a variety of health care settings and work with communities to promote health and safety.
YOU CAN WORK IN community health centres, family practice settings, northern nursing stations, ambulatory care clinics, special care hospital wards and nursing homes.
YOUR EDUCATION INCLUDES a Bachelor of Nursing Degree (4 years) and a Masters of with Nurse Practitioner Major (2 years).
